• A government-issued photo ID for each guest (the image and the details on it); for foreign nationals, passport and visa details

• Device and browser information when you use our website

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage your bookings
• Communicate with you about your reservations
• Send booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and receipts
• Verify each guest's identity before we release the door code, and meet our legal duties to keep a guest register and, for foreign nationals, to report arrivals on Form C
• Improve our services and website experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Payment processors to complete transactions securely
• Service providers who assist in managing bookings and property operations
• A document-reading service that extracts the details from your ID image
• Police and immigration authorities, where the law requires it (guest register; Form C for foreign nationals)

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission and secure storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Cookies and analytics

We measure how our website is used with our own first-party analytics: a random identifier stored in your browser, the sections you view, the buttons you tap, the dates you ask for, your device type and country. We do not store your IP address or browser details, and we do not fingerprint your device. The identifier is deleted from our records after 90 days; if you start a booking, that visit is linked to it. We also use Google Analytics and Google and Meta ad measurement, which set their own cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
