Mulberry Suites is the name our guests know us by, while The Mulberry Collective is the registered business responsible for operating the brand. Bookings for Mulberry Suites are made with The Mulberry Collective, and invoices are issued under The Mulberry Collective’s name.
Both names represent the same hospitality business: Mulberry Suites is our guest-facing brand, and The Mulberry Collective is the business behind it.
What we run is short-stay luxury: serviced duplex penthouse suites at M3M Loft 74, Sector 74, Gurugram. The suites are two-floor apartments with a private jacuzzi, a projector wall, a full kitchen and a balcony — let by the night, with self check-in on a smart lock instead of a front desk.
Book direct and you pay the room rate and GST: no platform fee and no service fee. Your door code arrives on WhatsApp before check-in, housekeeping staff are on site from 10 am to 6 pm, and cancellation is free up to 72 hours before check-in.
