Mulberry Suites provides short-stay accommodation at M3M Loft-74, Sector 74, Gurugram. No physical goods are shipped. The service is delivered as follows:
Booking confirmation: after a successful payment, your booking voucher and GST invoice are sent to your WhatsApp number and email, usually within 15 minutes and always within 24 hours.
Check-in details: before arrival you receive a private Guest Panel link to complete web check-in (ID upload). Your door code is sent on WhatsApp on the check-in day once check-in is complete and the balance is paid.
Stay: check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Housekeeping staff are on site from 10 AM to 6 PM.
If we cannot deliver: if the suite becomes unavailable for reasons on our side, we offer an equivalent suite or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
