1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by The Mulberry Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests must provide accurate personal and payment information at the time of booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us.
• Prices listed are per night unless stated otherwise. Taxes and any fees are shown in full before you pay.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
• Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A booking can be cancelled up to 72 hours before check-in.
• The full amount paid is issued as a Stay Credit, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation and usable towards any future stay, in full or in parts. Amounts are not returned to the original payment method.
• Inside 72 hours of check-in, a booking can no longer be cancelled and the amount paid is not refunded or credited.
• No-shows and early departures are not eligible for a Stay Credit unless otherwise stated.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in the condition it was provided.
• Any damage caused during your stay may result in additional charges.
• Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the property.
• Noise levels must be kept reasonable, especially during night hours.

6. Liability

The Mulberry Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
