Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Check-in is 2:00 pm on your arrival date, so the free window closes at 2:00 pm three days before you arrive.
When you cancel within the free window, the full amount you paid is issued as a credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation. Use it towards any future stay with us, in either suite. Amounts are not returned to the original payment method.
Inside 72 hours of check-in, and for no-shows, we have held the suite for you and can no longer offer it to someone else, so the booking cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is not credited.
Changing dates ahead of time is always free up to 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability and the rate for the new dates.
