THE MULBERRY COLLECTIVE is committed to transparent and fair cancellation and refund practices.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
No-Show
- Guests who do not arrive and do not cancel will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log into your account and navigate to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm

Modifications
If you need to modify your booking dates, please contact us at least 48 hours before check-in. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
