THE MULBERRY COLLECTIVE is committed to transparent and fair cancellation and refund practices.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

No-Show

  • Guests who do not arrive and do not cancel will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to "My Bookings"
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm

Modifications

If you need to modify your booking dates, please contact us at least 48 hours before check-in. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
