Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellation terms vary by property and are displayed during checkout.

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

After completing your payment, you'll receive an instant booking confirmation via email with all the details including property address, check-in instructions, and contact information.

What if my preferred dates are not available?

If your desired dates are unavailable, try adjusting your dates or browse our other properties. You can also contact us, and we'll help you find the best alternative.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.

When will I be charged?

Payment is processed immediately upon booking confirmation. You'll receive a payment receipt via email.

Are there any additional fees?

The total price shown during checkout includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes, many of our properties offer discounts for weekly or monthly stays. The discounted rate will be automatically applied when you select your dates.

Can I use a coupon code?

Yes! If you have a coupon code, you can enter it during checkout before completing your payment.

Check-in & Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Specific times may vary by property and will be confirmed in your booking details. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

How do I check in?

You'll receive detailed check-in instructions via email before your arrival. This typically includes the property address, access codes or key pickup details, and our contact number for any assistance.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.

What amenities are included?

Each property listing shows all available amenities including WiFi, kitchen facilities, parking, air conditioning, etc. Check the individual property page for complete details.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. Check the property listing for specific pet policies. Some properties welcome pets with prior approval.

Is smoking allowed?

Most of our properties are non-smoking. Please refer to the house rules on each property listing for specific policies.

How many guests can stay?

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by property. Generally, cancellations made 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund minus processing fees. Check your booking confirmation for specific terms.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

What happens if I need to cancel due to an emergency?
